Here are a 3 success stories from my students:
She had to sell her sports car — and ended up regretting it
One of my students sold her little red sports car because it was too painful to get in and out of it, so she wasn’t driving it.
But now she regrets selling it — you see, she has no pain in her pelvis anymore and can stand up and sit down with ease! She could’ve kept driving her sports car after all.
She didn’t have to quit her job
One of my students was about to have to quit the job she loved because her feet hurt so badly that she couldn’t stand for long periods, which the job required.
She committed to 20 days of stretching her quads and calves with a roller to see if it would help. I am proud to say that she not only did NOT have to quit, but she got an even better job — and her feet problems were solved! Yep, she now rolls her quads every day.
He regained 2 inches of height
One of my students came to me because he wanted to get his 2 inches of height back. He had been 5 ft. 10 inches his whole life, but had been to the doctor who told him he now was 5 ft. 10 inches.
He had developed a bit of kyphosis from working at a desk job for 40 years. He was determined to get those two inches back!
He stretched with me twice a week for 6 months. One day, he asked me to measure his height. I got out my tape measure and made a mark on the wall at the top of his head. “70 inches,” I said. “That’s 5 ft. 10 inches!”
He didn’t believe it, so he asked me to measure again. I did and the same 70” measured at my mark. Let me also say that he was barefoot and bald — so there was no way the measurement wasn’t right.
Those are just a FEW of the many success stories I’ve witnessed over the last 5 years of teaching Stretch Therapy.
Wow, time has flown by — and I still love every minute of it.
