My Stretch Therapy method is all about stretching WITHOUT straining. We use everyday items—like a chair or wall—and specialized stretching tools—like rings, rollers, and bolsters—to open tight muscle tissue & relieve joint pain. Straining to touch your toes or attempting to contort your body into uncomfortable poses is NOT a part of Stretch Therapy.

 

Movement is medicine.

Stretch Therapy is a non-pharmaceutical form of pain relief. As we loosen tight muscle tissue through stretching, we stand taller, feel better, sleep better, and move with ease.

Meet Your Stretch Therapy Coach

My name is Connie C. Williams, and I'm a 40-year fitness industry leader and your Assisted Stretching coach.

I co-created step/bench aerobics in the late 1980s, producing videos and traveling the world training instructors, corporate clients, and personal trainers—including Princess Diana’s personal trainer.
